Therefore, these players will not be selected until one of the franchises breaks the agreement." So South African!!!! Any excuse to hammer the poor white boys again, is it? Is this another chance to keep them out of the local teams now. This is outrageous! Why can they not play in the ICL if the rest of the top players can go to the IPL? It is disgusting the way South Africans are treating South Africans! The whole of the cricket administration needs replacing! Shocking! The lot of you! Stopping a man from earning his living!
