Australia made light work of the third T20 against South Africa in Centurion on Friday, winning by six wickets and with five overs to spare after the hosts posted a paltry target of 129 runs.

The Aussies won the toss and chose to bowl, and the slow deck and wet outfield helped them as the ball did not go onto the bat. Only Quinton De Kock, who did well in the second T20 too, could make a score over 20.

De Kock ended up with the top score of the game, hitting 41 off 40 balls before being caught behind off Brad Hogg. The Veteran spinner also accounted for AB de Villiers, who was only able to make 11.

It was a good all round effort from the Aussie bowlers, with Mitchell Starc and Glenn Maxwell also taking two wickets each. Even when a batsman, like Albie Morkel and his big hitting, threatened, they quickly cut them down to size.

The chase was untroubled for the most part, with Aaron Finch hitting 39 at the top of the knock, and Shane Watson's 35 essentially taking the side home. Both were removed by spinner Imran Tahir.

Beuran Hendricks' first international wicket was that of Maxwell, who had made 17 off 12 balls, but Brad Hodge (11) and George Bailey (12) ensured an early night for the fans, and some extra time to pack for Bangladesh.
