Pakistan won the third one-day international against Bangladesh by 23 runs in Lahore to claim a series win.
It was a valiant effort from the tourists, who faced a victory target of 309 after centuries from Salman Butt (132) and Kamran Akmal (100) led Pakistan to a total of 308 for eight.
But, despite half-centuries from Tamim Iqbal and Shakib Al Hasan, the Tigers fell just short, reaching 285 for seven in their 50 overs and falling 3-0 behind in the five-game series.
After Pakistan won the toss, Akmal exploded into life in the eighth over, taking advantage of some poor bowling from Shahadat Hossain to strike three consecutive boundaries.
And that set the tone for a 151-run partnership dominated by the wicketkeeper, who reached 50 in 42 deliveries.
After 17 overs, Akmal was on 60 and Butt 43, but the wicketkeeper accelerated away from his partner, rattling up 16 fours and a six to reach 100 before Butt had even passed 50 - a feat he achieved the very next ball.
That was to be as far as Akmal got, though, as he was bowled by Mahmudullah the next delivery.
Butt failed to find a partner to match Akmal as Bazid Khan was run out for two, before Shakib Al Hasan accounted for Mohammad Yousuf (two) and Shahid Afridi (13).
Shoaib Malik managed 33 in a partnership of 80, which saw Butt bring up his century with a single off Abdur Razzak.
But Malik was lbw to Farhad Reza and Hossain returned to remove Misbah-ul-Haq (10).
Mashrafe Mortaza then accounted for Butt and Sohail Tanvir (one) as the Pakistan innings came to an end with something of a whimper.
In reply, Shariar Nafees fell without scoring as he top-edged Tanvir to Butt, but Tamim and Aftab Ahmed settled in to good effect.
They reached 88 in quiet but effective fashion before Tamim was run out for 63.
Aftab (42) fell soon after, edging a Malik delivery through to Akmal, before captain Mohammad Ashraful (16) was run out attempting a quick single.
Shakib and Mahmudullah came together in a partnership of 59 dominated by the former.
Despite 75 from 73 balls from Shakib, Bangladesh were always behind the rate and wickets fell regularly.
Rao Iftikhar Anjum bowled Mahmudullah (24) before Shahid Afridi accounted for Farhad Reza (13), stumped by Akmal, and Shakib, bowled.
