India's Virat Kohli has climbed to a career-best fifth place in the latest Twenty20 International player rankings for batsman.
Kohli scored 21, 38, nine and 27 in recent series against England and Pakistan to jump five spots above team-mate Suresh Raina, West Indian Marlon Samuels, New Zealander Martin Guptill, England's Eoin Morgan and Australian David Warner.
Australian all-rounder Shane Watson continues to lead the list, followed by Black Caps captain Brendon McCullum, Windies left-hander Chris Gayle and Sri Lanka veteran Mahela Jaywardene in second, third and fourth spot respectively.
Pakistan captain Mohammad Hafeez, who cherished consecutive half-centuries against the Indians, has climbed to 19th. Second-placed Hafeez also achieved a career-best 377 points in the T20I player rankings for all-rounders.
South African Henry Davids, who made his debut during the series win over New Zealand, entered the rankings at 29th - on the back of 143 runs in three fixtures.
The T20I player rankings for bowlers remains headed by Pakistan spinner Saeed Ajmal, followed by Ajantha Mendis in second place and Graeme Swann in third.
