The uncapped James Faulkner has replaced the injured Moises Henriques in Australia's squad for their first two ODIs against the West Indies.
Henriques has been ruled out of the opening fixtures of the five-match series after undergoing surgery to his right index finger on Saturday.
"Tasmanian bowling all-rounder James Faulkner has replaced Moises Henriques in the squad for the first two matches against the West Indies," said national selector John Inverarity.
"James will play for the Prime Minister's XI on 29 January in Canberra and will join the Australian squad on 30 January."
The first ODI gets underway on Friday - and will be followed by fixtures in Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne. The Aussies and Windies will also meet for a one-off T20I in Brisbane.
