Bangladesh have been handed a boost ahead of the ODI series against Sri Lanka next week, with the return of skipper and wicketkeeper-batsman Mushfiqur Rahim, who was out injured.
Rahim missed the two-match T20 series, which the Tigers lost two-nil, with a fractured finger, but will be back for the three one-dayers in Dhaka. His vice-captain will be Tamim Iqbal, who quit the same role in T20s last week.
Another change to the side is the inclusion of Arafat Sunny, who made his debut in the T20s, as a replacement for the injured Abdur Razzak. He picked up a hamstring injury in the Test series.
Also, Shafiul Islam is back in the side, having recovered from an ankle injury picked up in October last year against New Zealand. His return means Zaiur Rahman is out of a place.
Squad: Mushfiqur Rahim (captain), Tamim Iqbal (vice-captain), Anamul Haque, Shamsur Rahman, Mominul Haque, Shakib Al Hasan, Nasir Hossain, Mahmudullah, Sohag Gazi, Arafat Sunny, Mashrafe Mortaza, Rubel Hossain, Al-Amin Hossain, Naeem Islam, Shafiul Islam.
