Seamer Mathieson called up as Boult cover

New Zealand have called up seamer Andrew Mathieson for the remaining ODI and T20 against England as cover after Trent Boult pulled out of the tour due to injury.
Boult had to return home after suffering a stress-related injury to his back in the second ODI of the five-match series. The Black Caps have already had Corey Anderson and Adam Milne withdraw from the squad that is doing duty in the UK.
The 25 year-old Mathieson, who has been playing club cricket in England, was the leading wicket-taker in the New Zealand domestic 50-over competition, with 31 scalps, playing for the Central Districts.
Mathieson is not expected to any part in the remaining matches on tour but would gain significant experience by being around the national team.
The Black Caps will play the fifth ODI on Saturday at the Riverside stadium in Durham while T20 will take place on 23 June at Old Trafford.
