Warner: We will definitely use Dale

Sunrisers Hyderabad captain David Warner has said that South Africa fast bowler Dale Steyn will get a chance to showcase his prowess at some point during the IPL tournament, but at this stage he prefers New Zealander Trent Boult.

Steyn, regarded by many as the best fast bowler in world cricket, has not played in the Sunrisers' first two matches of the event, one win and one defeat.

The team coached by Tom Moody has preferred to use the services of left-arm paceman Boult after his exploits at the recent World Cup, where he was the joint leading wicket-taker at the tournament with Mitchell Starc.

Boult took three wickets as they beat a Royal Challengers Bangalore team that features a powerful batting unit including Chris Gayle, Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers.

Warner said after the game: "Trent Boult was the best bowler behind Mitchell Starc in the World Cup. The condition suited him here and suited him in the last game. We just feel Trent is just ahead of Dale. We will definitely use Dale in the tournament.

"At the moment Trent is going fantastic so Dale just misses out."
