Behardien, Kleinveldt dropped

Batsman Farhaan Behardien and seamers Rory Kleinveldt and Chris Morris have been omitted from South Africa's squad for next month's Twenty20 International series against Pakistan.
Batsman Farhaan Behardien and seamers Rory Kleinveldt and Chris Morris have been omitted from South Africa's squad for next month's Twenty20 International series against Pakistan.
The trio were named in a 16-man touring party for three T20Is against Sri Lanka in August, but won't feature in two fixtures at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on 13 and 15 November.
Batsman Hashim Amla and fast bowler Dale Steyn, meanwhile, have been recalled. Opener Henry Davids has been retained on the back of an outstanding stretch of form for the Titans in the Champions League Twenty20 in India, where the hard-hitting left-hander scored 197 runs in four innings at a brisk strike rate of 142.75.
"Hashim is a world-class player across all the formats," said selection convener Andrew Hudson. "His experience and stability at the top of the order are qualities that we believe will strengthen the squad in a key area."
"It is great to have Dale back, as it means we now have all our senior players available again. There was also some encouraging form shown at the Champions League T20, notably by Henry Davids, who was unquestionably the batsman of the tournament until the Titans were knocked out."
Squad: Faf du Plessis (captain), Hashim Amla, Henry Davids, Quinton de Kock, AB de Villiers, JP Duminy, Imran Tahir, Ryan McLaren, David Miller, Morne Morkel, Wayne Parnell, Aaron Phangiso, Dale Steyn, Lonwabo Tsotsobe, David Wiese.
