David Warner added to Aussie squad for third Test

Australia has gone back for their big gun David Warner in a bid to retake the lead in their Test series against India.
Warner recovers from injury
The Baggy Greens took a 1-0 lead in the series after skittling India for their lowest ever Test innings score in the first game but were dominated almost as badly in the second when the visitors leveled matters at 1-1.
Warner missed both games through injury and has been making slow progress back to full fitness but is expected to be ready for the third Test, which is set to begin on 7 January.
“David has made strong progress in his recovery from injury and will be given every chance to play in Sydney with another seven days until the match,” said selector Trevor Hohns.
Burns dropped
Out-of-form Joe Burns has been dropped to make room for Warner.
“Unfortunately, Joe’s returns haven’t been what he or the selectors would like or what we consider he is capable of,” Hohns added.
The other players to be given call ups are Will Pucovski, who has been impressing in the Big Bash League, and Sean Abbott, who’s pace might give the Indian batsmen a few extra problems.
Australia squad for Third Test:
Tim Paine (c), Pat Cummins (vc), Sean Abbott, Cameron Green, Josh Hazlewood, Marcus Harris, Travis Head, Moises Henriques, Marnus Labuschagne, Nathan Lyon, Michael Neser, James Pattinson, Will Pucovski, Steve Smith, Mitchell Starc, Mitchell Swepson, Matthew Wade, David Warner
