England’s Buttler extends Lancashire deal

England wicketkeeper-batsman Jos Buttler has extended his contract with Lancashire till 2019, penning a deal to keep him at Old Trafford for an extended period as he continues to climb the international ranks.
Buttler moved from Somerset, where he'd been for his entire career, in 2013, in order to find more England opportunities, and the move has paid off handsomely. He currently has 15 Tests caps, 70 ODIs, and 48 T20s to his name.
Lancashire head coach Ashley Giles told the club's website: "Jos is one of the most talented cricketers in the game and we are really pleased to have him at Emirates Old Trafford for at least the next three years.
"He has the ability to take games away from the opposition in all formats and he's one of the leading all-rounders in English cricket.
"His presence in last year's NatWest T20 Blast final at Edgbaston was a factor in us winning the competition.
"Jos is a great guy to have in the dressing room too and his experience at international level really benefits the squad."
