Surrey’s pre-season training took a page out of the Green Beret handbook, as they were put through their paces bootcamp-style by a military man, and Arun Harinath filmed it via a camera on his head.

The batsman’s Go-Pro allowed viewers to see the training from his perspective, as they were shouted at in that typical ‘Royal Marines Commando School’ deep-voiced, staccato bark.

We got tired just watching the push ups, sit ups, running, kettle bell-lifting performance.
