Groggy Junaid sent for scan

Fast bowler Junaid Khan has undergone a precautionary scan after being struck on the head by a short delivery during day three of Pakistan's second and final Test against Sri Lanka.
Khan struck an unbeaten 13 in a final total of 332 all out at the Sinhalese Sports Club Ground in Colombo on Saturday, but was near felled by a steep bouncer from seamer Dhammika Prasad.
"Junaid was feeling dizzy after he came to the dressing room and we have taken him to hospital for a check-up. He is under observation and a head scan has been taken," said team manager Moin Khan.
The left-armer clinched a telling five-for in the first innings, but has not yet bowled in the second. The Sri Lankans, meanwhile, have moved to a total of 177 for two – and a lead of 165 – on the back of an unbeaten half-century from the veteran Kumar Sangakkara.
"Junaid is much better now," added batting coach Grant Flower. "There was no internal bleeding and he is back from hospital. We will see how he feels in the morning. But it's too early to say whether he can bowl again in this game."
