Hafeez ruled out with injury

Pakistan’s Mohammad Hafeez will miss the upcoming Twenty20 and One Day International (ODI) matches against Australia after suffering an injury to his hand during a practice session in Sharjah on Thursday.
The off-spinning opening batsman required five stitches after he split the webbing between his left index finger and thumb and will spend at least two weeks on the sidelines.
He will be replaced by opener Sami Aslam and slow left-arm bowler Zulfiqar Babar.
Pakistan take on Australia in a T20 international on Sunday in Dubai, before the two countries square off in a three-match ODI series, taking place on October 7, 10 and 12.
Hafeez remains in contention for selection for the two-match Test series between the two nations that starts in Dubai on October 22.
