India replace hurt Varun with Binny

India have called up all-rounder Stuart Binny to the ODI side facing Sri Lanka, replacing injured fast bowler Varun Aaron, who picked up a leg injury during the first ODI.
Aaron left the field with an injured quadricep (thigh muscle) in his right leg, thus allowing Binny to come in and stand in line for a fifth ODI cap.
Added to this, the selectors decided to postpone the announcement of the squad for the fourth and fifth ODIs, as well as the Test squad to face Australia Down Under in December.
A statement from the BCCI read: "Varun Aaron is injured, and he has been replaced by Stuart Binny in the Indian team for the second and third games of the Micromax Cup India vs Sri Lanka ODI Series 2014.
"The meeting of the All-India Senior Selection Committee to pick the Indian team for the last two ODIs of the ongoing series, and the side for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy series in Australia, has been postponed."
