Marchant, Wiese called to CPL payday

South Africa duo Marchant de Lange and David Wiese have been confirmed as replacements in the Guyana Amazon Warriors' squad for the Caribbean Premier League next month.
De Lange will replace Sri Lanka fast bowler and T20 star Lasith Malinga, who has been ruled out through injury, while all-rounder Wiese will come in half-way through the tournament to replace Thisara Perera.
Guyana have also called on Jeevan Mendis, who will come in for the injured South African Justin Ontong, while Pakistan wicketkeeper-batsman Umar Akmal will replace Tillakaratne Dilshan when the Sri Lankan has to leave mid-way.
Meanwhile, the St Lucia Zouks have lost the services of premier all-rounder Shakib-al-Hasan as he has opted to play for Bangladesh against India and South Africa in July. He will be replaced by South African spinner Eddie Leie and later New Zealand's Nathan McCullum.
