Batsman Preston Mommsen will captain Scotland in the absence of the unavailable Kyle Coetzer during next month's ODI series against Ireland in Dublin.
Coetzer is committed to Northamptonshire for the remainder of the county season. Mommsen, meanwhile, recently recovered from a broken finger.
The inexperienced Alasdair Evans and Freddie Coleman, too, have been named in a strong 13-man squad for the 8, 10 and 12 August fixtures.
"These games pose another big opportunity for these players to enhance their chances of making the plane to the World Cup in 2015," said coach Grant Bradburn.
"I'm looking forward to rubbing shoulders with our Celtic cousins, and relishing the chance to experience a rivalry, which I am told, is quite intense. It will be another chance for our players to perform in a high pressure environment."
All three matches will be played at The Village in Malahide.
Squad: Preston Mommsen (captain), Alasdair Evans, Calum MacLeod, Freddie Coleman, Hamish Gardiner, Iain Wardlaw, Josh Davey, Majid Haq, Matt Machan, Matthew Cross, Michael Leask, Richie Berrington, Safyaan Sharif.
