Morgan: We’ll take a lot of confidence from SA win

England captain Eoin Morgan says his team will take a lot confidence from their remarkable victory over South Africa in the World T20 clash in Mumbai on Friday.
The Three Lions pulled off a record run chase in World T20s, and the second highest in T20I cricket, as they reached a target of 230 to win in the last over with eight wickets down.
England were given a great start by openers Jason Roy and Alex Hales who put on 48 in just more than two overs but Joe Root played superb hand of 83 off 43 balls to steer his team to victory.
After being beaten by West Indies in their opening game the thanks to a whirlwind Chris Gayle hundred, England will hope to get better as the tournament goes deeper.
Morgan said after the game: "Honestly, I felt we would have felt to play out of our skin to chase them, play our best cricket.
"But there's a lot of talent in our team if we play with freedom. It's been going for just under a year now, we've had some big chases. But to get a start like that, Roy and Hales were outstanding. We'll take a lot of confidence.
"We came a little unstuck against Gayle, but tonight we finished well with the ball – it was just the first six overs. Batsmen are finding different ways of scoring."
England's next game at the World T20 takes place in Delhi against Afghanistan on Wednesday.
