Former Pakistan cricketer Saqlain Mushtaq will return as Bangladesh's spin bowling coach, ahead of October's series against New Zealand.
Former Pakistan cricketer Saqlain Mushtaq will return as Bangladesh's spin bowling coach, ahead of October's series against New Zealand.
Mushtaq, who performed the role during the tour of Zimbabwe earlier this year, will continue the 100-day contract established with the Bangladesh Cricket Board for 2013.
"I look forward to joining the Bangladesh camp by the end of September. If not, by 1 October is a must," Saqlain told the <i>Dhaka Tribune</i>.
Saqlain, meanwhile, will conduct a three-week clinic for a group of current and emerging West Indies spinners from 3 September.
The Punjab-born Mushtaq enjoyed a prolific international career between 1995 and 2004, securing 208 wickets in 49 Tests and 288 in 169 ODIs.
