Pakistan have dropped opening batsman Nasir Jamshed and fast bowler Mohammad Irfan from their Test squad, ahead of this month's full tour of Zimbabwe.
Pakistan have dropped opening batsman Nasir Jamshed and fast bowler Mohammad Irfan from their Test squad, ahead of this month's full tour of Zimbabwe.
Also missing out on a place in the 15-man squad are Haris Sohail, Sarfraz Ahmed, Taufeeq Umar and Umar Gul, though the last is still injured. Added to the squad were wicketkeeper Adnan Akmal, brother of other glovemen Kamran and Umar, as well as Wahab Riaz.
Riaz was dropped from the ODI squad, though, after taking only two wickets in the series against the West Indies. Batsman Mohammad Rizwan was also left out and told to join up with the Under-23 side.
