Rossouw at risk of missing start of India tour

South Africa could be without batsman Rilee Rossouw for the start of their tour to India at the end of September, as he has a stress fracture in his foot and is on crutches.
Rossouw had discomfort in his foot during the ODI series against New Zealand recently, and scans have shown some bone bruising. Team manager Dr Mohammed Moosajee is hopeful of a timely recovery though.
Moosajee told Netwerk24: "We sent him for a scan which showed the bruising of a bone which points to a possible stress fracture.
"No chances will be taken with the injury and rest has been recommended, which will be constantly monitored.
"It can take up to six weeks [to heal], but Rilee should be ready for the tour to India."
The Proteas are going to India for a full tour, which will see them play three T20s, five ODIs and four Tests, with the tour finishing in early December.
