‘Sunrisers need to click as a batting unit’

Sunrisers Hyderabad batsman Lokesh Rahul says his team's middle-order must improve their performances if they want to have any chance of making an impact on this season's IPL.
The Sunrisers have only won two out of their six matches this season and it seems the side is relying to much on their international players to get them out of trouble.
Openers David Warner and Shikhar Dhawan have scored 459 of the team's 893 runs so far this season, a stat that is frustrating for Rahul, who made his Test debut for India on the tour of Australia at the end of last year.
Rahul said: "The middle order has to wake up and get runs for the team. If the middle order keeps batting like this then there is going to be too much pressure on Warner and Dhawan at the top of the order.
"There is firepower in the middle order with Ravi Bopara and Naman Ojha who can hit the ball, but we just have not been able to click well as a batting unit. It is something that we need to work on.
"I think I need to play smartly. I have been playing some stupid shots. I have been getting off to starts, which is a positive sign. My feet are moving well and I am looking confident but I have to be a smarter in the middle and soak up that pressure."
