Tigers want to wrap pace ace in cotton wool

Bangladesh Cricket's top brass are keen to protect young fast bowler Mustafizur Rahman from injury, saying he is still young and could be damaged by being so in demand right now.
Mustafizur burst on the scene last year and has become one of the best proponents of swing and death bowling, and is playing in the IPL right now. He will then play in the Dhaka Premier League, and then for Sussex in England.
BCB president Nazmul Hassan said they would not afford to let the paceman burn out, and would be warning all teams, including Sussex, to take good care of him.
Nazmul said on bdnews24.com: "We don't want him to play longer formats anywhere. One-Dayers and T20s are fine but he must be allowed to take enough rest.
"He is an asset for Bangladesh. We don't want to ruin him by risking injury. We will ensure his protection.
"We will tell them what our conditions will be. He is still very young. His muscles have not built up the way they should have. We are working on that.
"Anybody discussing cricket nowadays talks about Mustafizur. The Cricket Australia president asked me where we found this lad. He is surprising everyone all the time."
