Videos: Obstruction and other odd dismissals

With England batsman Ben Stokes finding himself given out for obstructing the field against Australia in the second ODI, we got to thinking about other such instances, and a few other bizarre dismissals.
Stokes was the first England player, and sixth overall, to be given out for obstructing the field in ODIs. The first was Pakistan's Rameez Raja in 1987, and of the six dismissals, four were Pakistan batsmen.
Here's Stokes' dismissal at Lord's, to give you some context:

While Stokes could be said, by some, to be taking evasive action, watch this instance where Inzamam-ul-Haq leaves no room for interpretation, against India in 2006. Blatant!

Kolkata Knight Riders batsman Yusuf Pathan was the first batsman in T20s to be given out obstructing the field, in 2013. Watch here, around half way through the video, to see what he does to deserve it.

India's Mohinder Amarnath is the only player to be out for obstructing the field, and also for handling the ball. Two separate incidents of brain fade.

Australia's Steve Waugh was also given out handling the ball once, against India.

This is one of the more bizarre dismissals you'll see. India under 19 batsman Saurabh Tiwary, in 2008, was stumped even though he was still in his crease. His runner wasn't, mind you.
