When England and Sri Lanka clashed at Headingley in 2014, James Anderson left the field in tears on day five, but the 2016 edition of the encounter saw him finish with a smile.

Anderson was the final wicket to fall in 2014, having lasted for 55 balls, and with two balls left in the day he caught an edge and was out. He sunk to his knees in despair.

This time, Sri Lanka were on the end of a brutal effort from the veteran paceman, as he took 10 classy wickets. Nearly all of them were perfect outside edges, showing his consistency and skill.

In a handy bit of irony, he took the final wicket this time, instead of being it. England won by an innings and 88 runs.
