Zimbabwe confirm fixtures for Windies visit
Zimbabwe have confirmed the fixtures for the West Indies tour to the country that will take place later this month.
The Windies will play two Tests, both at the Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo, with the first game scheduled to start on 21 October and the second Test set to begin from 29 October – odds for the series are best being found with our friends at Bettingtips4you.com.
Before the series starts, West Indies – expected to arrive in Zimbabwe on 11 October – will face Zimbabwe A in a three-day practice match beginning on 15 October at Bulawayo Athletic Club.
The Caribbean side took plenty of positives from their recent two-one series loss in England while Zimbabwe narrowly lost to Sri Lanka in the longest format in their last outing.
The series could see Zimbabwe welcome batsman Brendan Taylor and seamer Kyle Jarvis back into the international fold after both gave up English county deals to return to their home country.
