Zimbabwe to tour Bangladesh in November

With the Test series against Australia postponed due to security concerns, Bangladesh have secured the agreement from Zimbabwe instead, and the sides are set to play two Tests in November.

Australia called off their tour after their government advised that threats had been made against Australians in Bangladesh by a terrorist group, and this has left a gap in Bangladesh's schedule.

While the series has not yet been confirmed, the BCB are confident of finalising the deal when the officials meet at the ICC headquarters in Dubai next week.

BCB president Nazmul Hasan said: "Zimbabwe have principally agreed to tour Bangladesh in November. We will finalise the date with Zimbabwe officials during next week's ICC meeting in Dubai."

This isn't really a new deal though, as Zimbabwe were already set to go to Bangladesh early next year. What they've done is move the two Tests from that schedule forward, so in January they'll only played the limited-overs games.
