The fifth ODI between India and Australia was called off well in advance of the start time, as wet weather and a soggy outfield made play impossible in Cuttack on Saturday.
The fifth ODI between India and Australia was called off well in advance of the start time, as wet weather and a soggy outfield made play impossible in Cuttack on Saturday.
After monsoons in the region, play was already deemed unlikely on Friday, but Cricket Australia confirmed the game's cancellation on Saturday morning, leaving the Aussie players to continue their table tennis tournament.
This left the seven-match series at two-one to the Aussies, with the sixth ODI in Nagpur on the 30th.
