If you choose to enter any competitions we run, please ensure you are familiar with the rules of the competition and that you agree to such rules.
Competitions are open only to persons aged 18 and over at the time of entry.
By entering this competition, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Any entrant who breaches, or attempts to breach the rules of the competition will be disqualified from the competition.
Where an entrant or prize winner has been found to be in breach of any of the terms and conditions of a competition, we may still enforce our right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to us of any prize even where a prize has been awarded and/or actually provided to the entrant or prize winner in question.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits any person to enter any competition repeatedly is prohibited. Any such entries will be disqualified.
We do not accept responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries – including but not limited to texts, calls or emails not received due to technical disruptions, network congestion, loss in service of online entry mechanisms, computer error in transit or any other reason.
If a competition stipulates any specific requirements for eligibility to enter (e.g. that you are a UK resident), we may ask you to provide proof that you meet those eligibility requirements.
We reserve the right (when reasonable) to replace stated prizes with prizes we consider to be of broadly equivalent value. We will offer no cash alternative for non-cash prizes and prize winners must accept prizes in the form offered or forego the prize.
We do not accept responsibility or liability for any competition prizes provided by third parties which are subsequently found to be defective in any way or where the prize does not live up to expectations.
If the competition winner cannot be contacted or successful contact is not made within a reasonable time period, or if the winner fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements or is otherwise unable to comply with the interaction terms and conditions, this may result in forfeiture of the prize. In such a case we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant (without further liability to that entrant) and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.
Competition winners will be notified of their win via their chosen email address.
Occasionally we advertise our competitions on Facebook. These are not sponsored by, endorsed by or associated with Facebook.
If you enter a competition we run, you are agreeing to receive third-party promotions via email.
Our decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries which do not comply in full with our entry terms and conditions will be disqualified
We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
